ABOUT I.E. THE BRAND CORPORATION

I.E. , which stands for “I’m Enough” was founded when a junior college head coach told founder, Ernest Gardner, he will never be “Big enough, Strong Enough, or Fast Enough (reason for the letters B,S,F, and E in logo) to play football for a Division 1 school. Due to his head coach telling universities not to recruit Ernest as well as hide his letters, it made the journey more difficult but Ernest prevailed to became a D1 student-athlete as walk on. Ernest went on to play for the University of Oklahoma, and the University of Tennessee. Fast forward, Ernest graduated with a Bachelors degree, became a Big 12 Champion, and went on to become a professional football player. I.E, is more than a brand, it is a lifestyle and a feeling of empowerment in all endeavors of life not just sports. As our way of giving back, I.E. The Brand Incorporated, which is a 501c3 charity was also formed with a focus to help inner city kids and walk on student-athletes. Learn More
